NYC Council Member Shekar Krishnan Visited our Community Center

NYC Council Member Shekar Krishnan stopped by I.S. 5 in Elmhurst, Queens to tour our Beacon Community Center. He met with students, staff, and the principal of I.S. 5 to discuss funding and advocacy priorites.
Our Beacon Community Center offers a number of programs including after-school programs and drop-in activities. For more information about Beacon programs at I.S. 5, call 917-843-7948.
