Staying Safely at Home
Home Health Aides and Personal Care Aides provide non-medical services and assist with daily activities for people who are elderly, ill, disabled, or recovering from a medical procedure. Their work is directed by a customized care plan based on each client’s needs. From helping clients schedule appointments, to ensuring safe transfers in and out of bed, aides provide care that ensures people can continue to live in their own homes.
Beyond Home Care
Sunnyside Community Services provides more than Home Care. Our comprehensive programs also provide support for family caregivers, including an onsite adult day care facility for people with mild-to-moderate memory loss.
