We’re proud to have provided advanced dementia training to 37 Home Health Aides, made possible through the generous support of the Jean and Louis Dreyfus Foundation. This specialized training equips our aides to better recognize changes in behavior and needs, communicate effectively, and provide compassionate care.
As more older adults choose to age safely at home, well-trained home health aides are essential. By investing in our home care workforce, SCS is helping to create a safer, more supportive experience for individuals living with dementia and providing greater peace of mind for their families.
