Shyvonne Noboa, Associate Executive Director for Older Adult Services at SCS, was featured in City & State New York’s second annual Above & Beyond: Social Services list. This list highlights nonprofit leaders who have dedicated their careers to helping the most vulnerable New Yorkers.
