Free immigration consultations and assistance with immigration cases
A qualified immigration attorney and immigration paralegal screen immigrant community members and assist with cases such as:
- Citizenship
- Green card renewals
- Family-based petitions
- DACA/TPS,
- Other affirmative cases
The legal team guides immigrant community members from the start of the screening process through complex immigration procedures until cases are resolved.
Sunnyside Community Services can also assist community members to access:
- Public benefits
- Social services
- Other forms of relief
Immigration Legal Services funding is provided through the ActionNYC initiative at the Mayor’s Office on Immigrant Affairs.
