At SCS, we provide immigration benefits support to the community. Through our partnership with the Jacob A. Riis Settlement and support from the ActionNYC Initiative, we offer free immigration consultations, guiding individuals through the complexities of the legal process. Our team assists clients in understanding potential immigration benefits.
A qualified immigration attorney and immigration paralegal screen immigrant community members and assist with cases such as:
- Citizenship
- Green card renewals
- Family-based petitions
- DACA/TPS,
- Other affirmative cases
The legal team guides immigrant community members from the start of the screening process through complex immigration procedures until cases are resolved.
Funding for our Immigration Legal Services program is provided by the Mayor’s Office of Immigrant Affairs.
