The From Care to College team at SCS is dedicated to supporting families and guardians with comprehensive services related to childcare and their children’s education.
Our Childcare team can help you with school enrollment, especially 3k and PreK, and referrals to childcare options for younger children. We offer application-support services as well as case management support to ensure successful enrollment in school or childcare applications.
Our College and Career Savings Team works with schools and families in Queens School District 30 to enroll and make use of the NYC Kids RISE Save for College Program. We provide support to better understand the Program and to activate your child’s FREE NYC Scholarship Account with money already set aside for future college and career training. Meet with our team to learn how you can build on the money as a family and earn up to $175 in rewards for your child’s future education.
