Making the transition from school to the workplace is an important, and sometimes challenging, phase in a person’s life. Our Career Readiness Program has three main initiatives to give you the skills and experience you need to get a job and plan for a career.

Recent participants have held internships at Variety Boys and Girls Club, Studio Q, Metro PCS, Athenica Environmental Services, Greiner-Maltz Real Estate, Building Brothers, Inc., Verbal + Visual, Go Pro Plumbing, and Sunnyside Community Services.
    2. Summer Youth Employment Program – Work readiness training is aligned to a specific job sector so that you can better understand the unique needs of that industry. This is a 6-week summer program for youth ages 16-24.
