Caregivers will gain insight into practical safety strategies for people living with Alzheimer’s and other forms of memory loss that can help improve their quality of life and prevent injuries. Learn the steps that you can take today that can address issues such as: home safety, bathing, wandering, meals, medication, technology, and travel.
Gyrokinesis works the entire body, strengthening and stretching through rhythmic, flowing and circular movements.
